Join the Whirly-Girls at VERTICON in March
VERTICON, formerly known as HAI HELI-EXPO, will take place in Dallas, Texas between March 10 – 13, 2025 with the expo hall opening on Tuesday, March 11.
The Whirly-Girls 70th Anniversary Gala will take place on Sunday, March 9, 2025. This sit-down dinner will celebrate our history, members, volunteers, sponsors, and of course our scholarship recipients. Here’s more information about the Gala.
Monday, March 10
On Monday, March 10, join us for our Education Day events, including our Annual Business Meeting and Hovering.
Our annual elections will take place during the business meeting. Here is information about the board positions up for election in 2025.
Join us for our Monday events in room A309 of the Kay Bailey Hutchison Convention Center Dallas at 650 South Griffin Street in Dallas, TX 75202.
You can read last year’s meeting minutes here. These will be up for approval at this year’s meeting.
UPDATE: Here is the schedule for Monday’s events:
10:00 – 11:30 am: Board members will recap 2024 activities and outline goals for 2025. Ballots will be counted, and election results report during the meeting. All are welcome, but only active (dues paid) Whirly-Girl members can vote during the meeting.
1:30 pm – 2:00 pm: Claude Vuichard will give a presentation!
2:00 – 3:30 pm: All Whirly-Girl members and friends are invited to participate in our annual “hovering” where we each share news and updates from the last year.

Gather at the Whirly-Girls’ booth number 8204 in the expo hall to purchase great merchandise, meet other members and friends, renew your membership, or sign up to join.

This is a great opportunity to wander at the biggest helicopter exposition in the world! There are seminars, a job fair, and numerous events taking place on the expo floor. Come visit the Whirly-Girls and check out our merchandise. Meet old friends and make new ones. Take advantage of all of the educational and networking opportunities provided at the largest helicopter exposition in the world. We hope to see you there!
