Celebrate the 70th Whirly-Girls Anniversary with Boots and Bling in Dallas
Join us on Sunday, March 9, 2025 for a night of boots, bowties, and bling! This year’s Western-themed Whirly-Girls’ gala will celebrate women in helicopter aviation and our supportive community, including our generous sponsors. We’ll announce the 2025 scholarship recipients and present the Emeritus Circle Volunteer and Livingston Lifetime Achievement awards. This festive evening will start with a cocktail hour and include a sit-down dinner with fun, philanthropy, and community spirit. Help us usher in a new era for Whirly-Girls International!

What’s the theme?
Boots and bling
Feel free to dress in Western attire for the occasion: Stetsons and spurs are welcome, but be sure to leave your guns and lassos at home.
When does it start?
On Sunday, March 9, cocktails start at 5:30 pm, and the reception will start at 6:30 pm.
What’s for dinner?
Attendees have a choice of entrees:
– Cabernet braised beef short rib with Irish cheddar polenta, sherry glazed cippolini onions, and crispy pancetta.
– Seared salmon with new potatoes, dill, and caviar beurre blanc.
– Vegetarian: balsamic marinated grilled portobello mushroom with garden vegetables, ratatouille, and arugula pesto.
Every entree comes with the following:
– Baby lettuces salad with Champagne-lemon vinaigrette, herbs, and flowers
– Opera cake
When you order tickets, be sure to choose the option that includes the entree you prefer.
How much are tickets?
Individual gala tickets are $125.
You may also reserve a half or full table:
A table of 6 seats is $1200 and includes 1 bottle of wine.
A table of 12 seats is $2500 and includes 2 bottles of wine: white and red.
How do I purchase tickets?

You can use your PayPal account to purchase individual tickets or a table that seats six or twelve.
If you need to purchase several tickets, you can add them to your cart and make a single payment.
